"I first experienced Jolly Mon Catering at an open House we had celebrating our new offices. I was so impressed that I asked Jolly Mon (Vernon) to cater my annual Kentucky Derby Day party. I was not disappointed.

I have a traditional Kentucky Derby menu right down to the Hot Browns, Garlic Cheese Grits, and Bread Pudding. This menu was a departure from the norm for Jolly Mon, as I had to give Vernon the recipes for my menu items, some of which he had never heard of. I must say that our food was absolutely the best. The chefs in Kentucky would be hard pressed to match Vernon's skill, professionalism and creativity in the kitchen.

From the appetizers to the main course and dessert - everything we had was perfect and tasted fabulous. All of the guests went home well satisfied (full tummy's) and happy. I highly recommend Jolly Mon for any catering you might have, whether it is at home or at work. They are without a doubt the best in town Definitely 5 star! *****"

"I used Jolly Mon Catering in August 2008 to cater the rehearsal dinner for my son's wedding. I had previously experienced the excellent food and service provided by Jolly Mon (Vernon) and enjoyed it each time. So when I decided to cater the dinner, Vernon was my first and only choice.

My son and his new wife love Italian food and we came up with a menu that provided something that suited everyone's taste. The food he provided was fresh and delicious. The presentation was superb and my guests raved over how good everything was. There was more than enough for everyone to have their fill, with some left over for me to take home.
